By using Squad Pick (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Squad Pick. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission, and any Pro purchase must be made by an adult.
Squad Pick helps friend groups decide what to do together: group chat spaces, polls, AI-generated hangout suggestions, a place-discovery map, and a hangout journal. All data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
Hangout ideas and AI responses are automatically generated suggestions for entertainment and convenience. They may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating any suggestion and for your own safety and conduct at any activity, venue, or meetup. Squad Pick does not organize, supervise, endorse, or verify any activity, place, or person, and is not responsible for anything that happens at or because of a hangout.
Chats, photos, notes, and memories you create stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for what you enter, and you agree not to use the App for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
Optional features rely on third-party services (Google Maps/Places, Anthropic's Claude API, payment providers). Your use of those features is also governed by their terms, and their costs (such as API usage fees on keys you provide) are your responsibility. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App, including its name, design, and code, is © 2026 Squad Pick / its owner. All rights reserved. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it as your own.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST — BACK UP YOUR DATA USING SETTINGS → BACKUP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAD PICK AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANYTHING THAT OCCURS AT ACTIVITIES OR VENUES SUGGESTED BY THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squad Pick and its owner from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update the App and these Terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the App at any time; Settings → "Erase everything" removes all local data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
